If I could go back to March of last year until now, learning to communicate – besides email and in-person – was so valuable. Audio messages, video messages, Meets, Zoom, Soapbox, and Youtube Livestream were only some of the methods I tried to keep connections alive. Using my cellphone for texting, calls, facetime, and conferencing was essential.

Surprisingly, this personalized my work as I read individual faces in blocks of space. I heard voices in Chat. Together, we became better communicators.

Above all were the valuable experiences created by new ways of communicating.
